With more than ten years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, Charlene Rodriguez serves as Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Passkoff Hannick & DeFilippis LLP. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping financial operations accurate and efficient. Throughout her career, Charlene has managed full charge bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, vendor relationships, compliance, and streamlining office and accounting tasks. She also enjoys mentoring and supporting staff, helping to create a collaborative and productive work environment. When she’s not at the office, Charlene loves spending time with her family, catching up on audiobooks and crime podcasts, and celebrating holidays, with fall being her favorite season of the year.
